About This Role

Go on location to film footage and B-roll used for our social media campaigns. Meet people in the community making a difference to record their insights and footage of what they are doing. Ability to interview, video editing and social media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Film high-quality video content for social media campaigns
• Conduct on-location interviews with community members
• Capture B-roll footage of community events and locations
• Edit raw footage into engaging social media content
• Collaborate with the communications team on content strategy
• Maintain and organize video archives
• Stay updated on current video trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Experience with video production and editing software
• Own or have access to quality video recording equipment
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and composition
• Interviewing skills and comfortable working with people
• Understanding of social media video formats and requirements
• Reliable transportation for on-location filming
• Portfolio of previous video work (preferred)

Time Commitment

8-16 hours filming and video editing per month
